Definitely a busy location but want to give five stars because ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ LAUREN at 3:30 in the morning was making fresh hot coffee in all the coffee pots!!! 😊 This rarely happens anywhere! amazing very kind just super sweet! She just made us feel very comfortable and welcomed! Told her wish we could have someone like her around the entire country while driving at different locations because she is awesome! I will say that yesterday my husband and I both took showers here. It was clean for us and everybody was really nice yesterday as well. Really hope management sees that LAUREN is a true gem here and there needs to be more people like car that are hired because she’s great and makes you feel very welcome at Flying J! ⭐️

Stopped here on my road trip and had the most delightful experience with the cashier named Sarah. Even though she was working hard by herself she still managed to have a positive attitude with as many customers as she had to attend to. She made this a personable experience. Good customer service is hard to find these days and just wanted to give credit where its due.

Love this Pilots, easiest access to the gas pumps when up pull in right from the street! Plus they have oatmeal, biscuits and sausage gravy + Soups in the afternoon

Came here today to fuel up and DEF up. Headed to UT. Love coming to Flying J because they have everything I need. They have all the snacks and drinks you need. Plenty of parking & enough diesel pumps with DEF. They have a GM charging station at this location along with regular gas pumps in front of the store. I also love the location witch is right in the heart of Amarillo TX. Stop by and check them out. Make the switch.

Lets start with the good. This Flying J has LOTS of truck parking, easy spots to get into. The bathrooms have the cherry flavored gritty hand soap. Leaves your hands smelling and feeling great. Lots of hot food and fresh cold sandwiches. Fresh fruit, truck gear and accessories, jackets, hats, socks, toys, large lounge with slot machines, large laundry room, copy/fax machine, coffee and drink station, beer and wine coolers, plenty of pumps for trucks, friendly staff, and even a Dennys inside the store. Now the bad. Tha bathrooms were a mess, toilet paper everywhere. The floors were a messy, paper towels all over the sink, tea and other drink machines empty, some of the hot food looked like it was sitting for too long (not the pizza that looked good), and the parking lot could use a cleaning. Overall this stop was not bad. I didnt shower here but I peeked inside an open shower that wasnt cleaned, and it didn't look bad. Shower looked roomy and no buildup. I wouldn't mind staying overnight here if I had to.
